Who we are

Hinterland Legal was established on 1 January 2005 following the formation of a partnership between Wroth Wall Solicitor and Melissa Begg. Prior to the establishment of Hinterland Legal, Wroth Wall Solicitor had been practicing in the Byron Shire since 1990 providing legal services to the far north coast of New South Wales, and from offices in Mullumbimby since 1994.

We are dedicated to the legal needs of individuals and small business.

Our practice specialises in litigation, all types of business transactions, environmental and property legal problems and intellectual property rights management.

The Hinterland Legal litigation team deals with business disputes, environmental and planning law appeals, trademark and copyright disputes and criminal defence.

Our creative legal team is responsible for business structures, commercial relationships, intellectual property rights management, land ownership models, environmental and planning legal solutions, conveyancing and leasing.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that we achieve the most practical yet effective solutions for what they want to accomplish.
